• I have the right to reject/ignore any order that I am not comfortable drawing.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
• Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits by mentioning my Twitter/Instagram handle (@_illusTrance).
• Artwork cannot be used commercially (unless discussed), or claimed as your own.
• Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or AI is strictly prohibited.
PAYMENT
• Method: Ko-fi, GCash & Paypal only
• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
• Commissions should be paid upfront.
• 50% Downpayment is accepted. The remaining balance should be paid after the sketch.
• I would only be starting once paid.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY
• Contact me via Facebook (referrals only), Twitter, Instagram, or Discord along with the filled up form:
• I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund. (see below for more info on refunds.)
• I make progress by slot order. I will update you when I start.
• I will be contacting you for review with the current progress.
• Turnaround time: 1 Week - 1 Month. Depending on complexity of piece and slot order.
• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
REFUND / CANCELLATION
• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
• If - for any reason - I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started the sketch, you can get a full refund.
REVISIONS
• Client may have up to 3 free revisions, preferably during the sketch stage. Afterwards, they will be charged.
• Only minor revisions may be done once the piece is finished/rendered.
